The group formed 14 years ago, comprising several trading companies, some of which have been running for over 25 years. It has grown from strength to strength. In terms of capacity- we typically have 3 development projects running simultaneously. One of our recently completed developments involved 2 commercial units, 9 residential units and 2 industrial units in Wanstead, London
We also have an investment arm and manage a real estate portfolio of more than 150 properties- commercial, residential and industrial. We have just completed a redevelopment of 2 flats in Woodford Green. We are currently developing a site comprising 3 commercial units and 6 residential units in Chingford, London. We are also undertaking an extension and refurbishment of a flat in Essex.
